1. No Returns (Final Sale)
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

Products where fuel has been added.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

Damaged in Transit: If your item was damaged during shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy. You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Manufacturing Defects: Items with a manufacturing defect are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us at jdopson@stevenwillandinc.com, and we will assist you in processing a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Please provide photos of the defect and your proof of purchase.
